'The Good Life'
To be on the road, on "the run", new adventures and finding reason to live... usually that pops up in your mind when life sucks, when you don't have any money or job or future. Been there, done that, definitely going to do it again.

Mostly satisfying is it to go the distance, to the other side of the country, or even abroad. All depending on what you are "running" from or want to leave behind for something better. Obviously if the politics or the people and culture is annoying to you, it won't be any point to move to the other side of town will it? Doubtful if even moving cross country will do any difference. No, most likely you will have to say bye bye to the motherland.
Anyhow, since I've been moving a lot my whole life and also abroad, i would like to share some of my troubles and joy. Another thing, being a dog owner and all, I can tell you how easy it really is ( inside Europe anyway), and that no one can say they are trapped because of their pets. It's also good company when you travel alone. My dog was born in 2002 and knowing my self I took him to the vet for a passport, back then it was easy enough. Only thing was that I knew that England was one likely destination for me and they (obviously) have to have different rules to every one else. Now however, the rules are mostly the same all over Europe and a passport should not take longer to fix than 6 month and no worm and tick treatment should be necessary (it had to be treated by a vet 24 hours before entering the final country). Not much time to explore countries on the way with that time schedule....
Well...
I hope people will find this page and share some of their experiences of crazy stunts and wild ideas when traveling and moving in desperate times or because you are sick of boredom and staleness in your life. When you succeed to "go the distance on a penny" or ANYTHING that can inspire our dull life climate. Maybe even meet someone (or me) to travel with??
I will continue to tell you about a short background of "nomad-me" and especially my move to and back from England from and to Sweden with only two suitcases and a dog by train through northern Europe. Followed by my new dreams and plans for the new BIG MOVE.
