Obviously Remus passport was up to date, and mine as well. But, when you travel with dog and/or travel with many stops (on an almost non budget) one have to plan everything in detail. Google everything! All possible ways to travel, that way you get the the best route for the lowest price.
Me being slightly paranoid, sat by the computer til' my eyes where bleeding. I did however find a journey that would not kill us (sins it was 24 hour + journey) for a price under 3000 SEK approx today £300 for both me and the dog.
